Stegasaurids – they ate loads of plants
Stegasaurids – got big plectrums on their backs
They had a small head, a brain no bigger than a dog’s
And small cheek-teeth that ended in a toothless beak.

Stegasaurids – probably cropped low-growing plants.
(Stegasaurids) But they might have reared on taller vegetation.
These ornithischians lacked big toes and spine stiffening
Body tendons.

Stegasaurids – length 3 to 9 metres
Stegasaurids – mid-Jurassic to Cretaceous, place
North America, Europe and Asia, Africa.
The largest plates might have convected heat
To help them not overheat in hot weather –
A spiny tail as a weapon to defend her
